When you place an order, an offer is made to purchase products under these T&Cs. With Intention reserves the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Price confirmation occurs only once payment is processed and order confirmed.

Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. Payment methods accepted include major credit/debit cards and secure gateways. Payment is processed at checkout and debited upon completion. Additional charges such as taxes or duties may apply.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk passes to you once items are shipped. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information is provided; any extra fees due to incorrect details are your responsibility.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. To initiate a return, contact customer support with your order number. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued via original payment method typically within 7–10 business days after receipt of returned items.

Our products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. We will repair, replace, or refund items found to be defective under warranty criteria. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized alterations.

All website content—text, images, designs, logos, trademarks—is owned by With Intention and protected by intellectual property laws. No license is granted to reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from this site without express written permission.

By submitting or tagging With Intention in any photos, videos, or written testimonials — including through hashtags or mentions — you grant With Intention a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, and display that content for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes across our digital and physical platforms.

With Intention may participate in affiliate marketing programs, which means we may earn a commission if you click on or make purchases via certain links on our site or in our communications. This comes at no extra cost to you. We only partner with brands that align with our values and aesthetic, and any sponsored content will always be clearly disclosed.

If you collaborate with With Intention as an influencer or brand partner, you agree to the following:

• All content created on behalf of or in connection with With Intention must reflect the brand’s values of intentionality, authenticity, and purpose.

• By tagging, mentioning, or submitting content to With Intention (including through hashtags like #withIntentionapparel or @withintentionapparel, you grant us the right to repost, share, modify, or use the content in marketing across social platforms, email, or our website.

• Compensation terms, usage rights, and deliverables must be outlined in a separate written agreement prior to collaboration.

• Influencers must clearly disclose paid partnerships or gifted products in accordance with FTC guidelines (e.g., #ad, #gifted, or #sponsored).
