Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. Payment methods accepted include major credit/debit cards and secure gateways. Payment is processed at checkout and debited upon completion. Additional charges such as taxes or duties may apply.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk passes to you once items are shipped. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information is provided; any extra fees due to incorrect details are your responsibility.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. To initiate a return, contact customer support with your order number. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued via original payment method typically within 7–10 business days after receipt of returned items.

Warranties & Limitations

Our products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. We will repair, replace, or refund items found to be defective under warranty criteria. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized alterations.

By submitting or tagging Built For Overtime in any photos, videos, or written testimonials — including through hashtags or mentions — you grant With Intention a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, and display that content for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes across our digital and physical platforms.
